Shipping Policy
We ship all of our packages through USPS.
How long does shipping take:
It takes 3-7 days for processing and packaging although we ship MOST of our orders within 24hrs.
Once your package has been shipped you should receive it within 2-5 days from the USPS (expect delays due to the pandemic)
How do I track my order:
You will receive a default email notification once your shipping label is created with your tracking number on it. Please note your item will NOT ship the same day the label is created.
Once your package has actually shipped you will be notified via email through the USPS with tracking updates.
Please be advised the USPS is very delayed in their process of scanning packages in and shipping them out, please be patient if you do not see tracking updates right away. If your tracking says label created still awaiting item for several days that means the USPS has not scanned your package in.
Shipping delays are out of our control we do not have the manpower to answer DM’s or emails about shipping updates unless more than 20 business days have passed and you have not received your package. Please send an email to info@freeronline.com with the subject line: Lost/Stolen package if 20 or more business days have passed.
